Instructions

1. Cast on 148 stitches, corresponding to 7 stitches of borders twice and 134 stitches for the body. 7 + 134 + 7 gives 81 (7 * (3/6) + 134 * (10/18) + 7 * (3/6))

2. Bottom border: 8 rows in Seed

3. Body of the blanket: Repeat for as long as desired, while preserving borders:

   • 17 rows:
     • Border: 7 Seed
     • Body: 134 Garter
     • Border: 7 Seed
   • 1 row: gives a visible “line” (three rows in Stockinette):
     • Border: 7 Seed
     • Body: 134 Purl
     • Border: 7 Seed

4. End body: 16 rows: Border + Garter + Border

5. Top border: same as bottom border.

6. Bind-off.
